We
guarantee if you are targeting a specific species- say Tarpon for
example, that you will do battle with this fish or your trip is free.
If we’re fishing strictly for Snook, then you’re guaranteed
to battle Snook or your trip is free.
On most days we can put you on the fish however sometimes the
conditions are not favorable for a given species and regardless of what
you do its not going to happen. Action
Flats Backcountry Charters reserves the right to target other hard
fighting game fish when the captain recognizes that conditions are just
not right for a given species in order to salvage the day.
If the anglers insist on pursuing a specific game fish in light
of the unfavorable conditions, Action Flats Backcountry Charters is
released of its obligation to satisfy this guarantee.
Due to the high skill level required in Fly Fishing, this
guarantee does not apply. |
